We, China SDIC International Trade Nanjing Co., LTD., are the wholly-owned subsidiary and the eastern international trade platform of China SDIC International Trade Co., LTD. We changed our name from China Textile Nanjing Co., LTD to China SDIC International Trade Nanjing Co., LTD in may of 2011. Currently, our registered capital is 235 million yuan.

With more than 30 years of effort, we have became a comprehensive international trading company with stable sales channels and plenty customers from all over the world. With decades of development, we sharplyincreased our influence of our company and our brand in the industries we participate.

Our main businesses are import of wool, cotton, chemical fiber, cotton yarn, wood, chemical, steel and other bulk commodities, export oftextileandwoodenproducts, storage and transportation, textile technology consulting. We also provide convenient agent service for companies to do international business.

Our subsidiary corporation, Nanjing wool market (NWM), is a professional textile material information platform which is also the secretariat of the Wool professional Committee of China Wool textile Industry Association. The NWM focuses on providing best services for more than 2000 members home and abroad. The NWM has nine functions including “information network function, conference and exhibition function, auction function, training function, social service function, arbitration function, financing function, certification function, wool and special fibre product promotion station”. Especially, the world wide famous China International Wool Trade Fair & Information Conference build up an international platform of sharing global trade information, which is also a great convention belong to all wool textile practitioners from home and abroad.

In October 2012, the other our subsidiary corporation, ChinaSDIC international trade Zhangjiagang Co., Ltd., was registered in Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone. The Zhangjiagang company focuses on the international trade of wool, cotton, fabric, wood, chemical, steel and other bulk commodities with USD or CNY. Meanwhile, the company bought 38 thousand square meters land and built the Zhangjiagang Warehouseas the delivery place of nanjing wool market electronic trading platform.
